Santiago Gallón Gómez

Welcome to my homepage. I am Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Antioquia, Medellín-Colombia. I obtained my Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics (fields of probability and statistics) at the Institut de Mathématiques de Toulouse at Université Toulouse III – Paul Sabatier under the supervision of Professors Jean-Michel Loubes and Fabrice Gamboa through the MELISSA (Mathematical E-Learning in Statistics for Latin and South America) and PREFALC (Programme Regional France-Amerique Latine-Caraïbe) projects. I did my undergraduate and master degrees in Economics at the University of Antioquia, Medellín-Colombia.
